All puppies sold are in exceptional health proven by health records and have received their puppy shots. Thus, please note that once the purchase of a puppy has been made, the puppy comes as is and we do have a no-return policy, but rest assured that we will be there to assist with any questions or concerns you may have about your new furry family member.
Pick-Up and Delivery
We offer convenient pick-up and delivery options to make the purchasing process as easy as possible for you. Your scheduled pick up or delivery will take place between the times of 10:00 am and 6:00 pm on the designated day you select. You will receive an email with all the details confirming the time, place, and location of the pick-up or delivery. Additionally, at the time of purchase, you will receive an email regarding whether or not you would prefer your puppies' ears to be clipped. Additionally, if you do want your puppy's ears clipped, we kindly ask for an additional 1-2 weeks to schedule the operation and allow time for recovery before we offer to reschedule the delivery or pick up.
